2. Create an account (or Log In if you already created one).
3. Follow the instructions and complete your profile.
4. Select the registration category.
5. The total amount will be updated, proceed with payment and submit.

Invoice

 

Overseas: If a Proforma Invoice is required, please contact us at ISMTII2025@163.com.
Domestic: The VAT Invoice(增值税电子发票)will be issued seven days before the conference or on the registration day, and the invoice will be sent to your reserved email address.

 

 

Registration cancellation/refund policies

 

The Conference Secretariat must be notified by e-mail at ISMTII2025@163.com in the event of cancellation of registration. Corresponding refunds will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations   received | Refund
Before   May 1, 2025 | 100% of   the registration fee
May 2, 2025 – May 15, 2025 | 50% of   the registration fee
From May 16, 2025 | No refund
